EULA - End User License Agreement

DEFINITIONS:

''Dark City Reset'' and ''Product'' refers to ''Reset.exe'' and all its associated files. ''You'' and ''Your'' refers to the individual person that is using any version of the Product. ''Author'' refers to the individual person who engineered the Product and its related files. ''DarkCityCoder.com'' refers to all: the Author, Product, official website, and business itself.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT:

This is a legal agreement between You, the Author and DarkCityCoder.com pertaining to v1.01 of the Product only (which was written only for English versions of Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8) and supercedes all previous agreements found in earlier versions of the Product. By installing, running, using, purchasing or updating the Product, You are agreeing to be legally bound by all terms and conditions found in this End-User License Agreement (''EULA'') and also by everything else mentioned in this instruction manual. If You do not agree to these terms, then You may not use the Product and must remove it from Your personal computer (''PC'') and any other storage devices and media holding copies of it.

You understand that the Product should only be downloaded from DarkCityCoder.com and that if You obtained it from any other source, then You use it at Your own risk and You agree not to hold the Author or DarkCityCoder.com liable in any way for any damages or loss for using the Product when obtained from that source.

Although thoroughly tested and believed to be safe, You agree to both read the instruction manual and backup all important data and files before running the Product, and that should any damages, loss or unexpected behavior occur to your PC as a result of using the Product, You agree not to hold the Author or DarkCityCoder.com liable in any way.

You agree that the Product is provided ''as is'' without any guarantees as to its features, error-free use, reliability, or safe performance in any form; particularly with regard to operational compatibility with future versions of Microsoft Windows, or as a result of Product reliance on third-party products or services to operate; and that no refund or compensation will be made to You as a result of any sudden loss or change of features or functionality.

You understand that the Product is for Your own private personal use only on any number of PCs that You personally operate, and must not be used by businesses, government agencies, events, charities, or any other organization (including not-for-profit). You may, however, use the Product in any of the aforementioned places in a strictly unofficial capacity for Your own personal use (for example, to enjoy the Product in Your workplace for Your own personal benefit, and then only if Your workplace policies allow such use).

You agree not to modify, add to, remove from, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Product or any part thereof, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or create derivative works therefrom; and You will not remove, alter, obscure or destroy any notice of copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights placed upon or within the Product.

You agree not to rent, sell, lease, lend, give away, share with, include with, make available for download or access, offer on a ''pay-per-use'' or ''pay-per-something'' basis, or otherwise commercially or non-commercially distribute or exploit any version of the Product (both trial or paid) in any way. Exceptions may be negotiated but You must first obtain the prior written permission of the Author before doing so.

You understand that the Product name ''Dark City Reset'' is a trademark of the Author, and that the Product always remains the copyright of, and the legal and intellectual property of, the Author at all times; and that Your purchase of the Product is solely to license its use and does not transfer ownership, copyright, property or any other rights or claims to the Product to You in any way.

You understand that Your business relationship with DarkCityCoder.com is unique and may differ from DarkCityCoder.com''s business relationship with others, be they an individual, business, or other entity; and that any special deals, privileges or arrangements that DarkCityCoder.com has with others may not apply to You, and no correspondence about such will be entered into.

If You violate any of the points in this EULA or instruction manual, then Your entire business relationship with DarkCityCoder.com will cease immediately and permanently, with all future upgrades forfeited for all products (not just this Product alone), and You must remove all copies of this Product and also any other products purchased from DarkCityCoder.com from Your PC, and also from any other storage devices and media holding copies of those products.

You understand that if DarkCityCoder.com fails to enforce anything in this EULA, such inaction is not considered to be a waiver of that enforcement, and that actual enforcement may occur at a later time and without prior notice or compensation to You.
